Rules, fare calculations, and policies governing cab bookings with Satna Taxi Service.
1 Booking & Reservation Terms
By making a cab reservation through our website, telephone helpline (09425668087), or WhatsApp, you agree to comply with these terms. Bookings are confirmed upon driver assignment and receipt of trip details.
Passengers must ensure all details provided (pickup location, date, contact number, luggage count) are accurate.
2 Tariff & Billing Breakdown
Local Rental Packages (4Hr/40Km & 8Hr/80Km)
Local package fares cover specified hours and kilometers. Usage beyond the package limit incurs additional per-km and per-hour charges as per the official Rate Card.
Outstation Travel (250 KM Minimum / Day)
Outstation rides are calculated based on round-trip kilometers with a minimum billing threshold of 250 KMs per calendar day. Driver night allowance applies as per model selection.
Toll, State Taxes & Parking Charges
Interstate highway tolls, state permit taxes, and airport/station parking fees are paid directly by the customer unless explicitly included in custom tour packages.
3 Passenger Safety & Conduct Rules
- No Smoking / Alcohol: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside taxi vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Luggage Capacity: Passengers must adhere to safe luggage capacity for Sedan (2-3 bags), Ertiga (4-5 bags), and Innova Crysta (5-6 bags).
- Night Driving Safety: For safety on highway trips, drivers may stop for mandatory breaks during long overnight routes.
